The online forum of the Third International Workshop "Virtualization in Higher Education" can discuss the topics raised in the national meetings, which converge at the International Biennial University 2010, through the debates with the speakers and experts from around the world to be presented in Havana. Permanently sessions before and even after the end of the meeting.

This environment provides the opportunity to have all the papers selected in each subject. You also have the opportunity to discuss with the other participants of the virtual forum.
